Il s’agit d’études qui sont commandées, en prélude à la constitution des
GMT, et qui sont confiées en général, à des chercheurs très
expérimentés. Ces derniers sont chargés de mener une réflexion critique
sur un thème défini, et de proposer un certain nombre de problématiques
et de pistes de recherches qui constitueront le cadre d’analyse général
pour la constitution des GMT.
