The Executive Secretariat, based in Dakar, Senegal, is the body responsible for implementing programmes and activities to materialise the strategic plan set by CODESRIA’s General Assembly.
It accomplishes this task in close collaboration with the Executive Committee and the Scientific Committee. The Executive Secretariat is organised around three scientiifc programmes Research Programme , Training, Grants and Fellowships Programme , and Publications Programme . It also includes a Department of Administration and Finances and the CODESRIA Documentation, Information and Communication Centre (CODICE) , which support all programs.
