The Africa Review of Books (ISSN 0851-7592) is published twice yearly in English and in French. Africa Media Review (ISSN 0258-4913) provides a forum for research and debate on communication theory, practice and policy in Africa. It seeks to raise awareness about the interconnections between media, communication and social processes in Africa, and how these shape and are affected by policies and practices at global, regional and local levels.
